1 tsp. the leaves of marjoram

salt, ground black pepper - to taste

150 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

2 PCs sausages

500 ml broth

1 tsp. vegetable oil

100 g leeks

100 g pods red pepper

300 g potatoes

"Pea soup with potatoes"

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into cubes. The pods of sweet pepper cut in half, seeds removed, flesh cut into cubes. Leek clear, bright part finely chopped.Potatoes, peppers and leeks and fry in a pan with thick walls 1 teaspoon hot vegetable oil. Pour the broth, cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Sausages not cut very thin slices and add to the soup with green peas. Bring to a boil. Season with salt, black pepper and marjoram.
