You need for 4 servings:

1 tbsp. 200 g melted cream cheese . starch, salt

300 g green peas (fresh or frozen negative), 1 bunch green onions

1 kg small potatoes

1 bunch of small onions

1 red and yellow

pod pepper



4 pork schnitzel

250 ml broth (from

cubes)

3 tbsp. ghee

Potatoes wash, boil in a little water (the cooking time for hanging on the size of tubers) and clean.

Onion peel, wash and cut into thin rings.

Pods peppers, wash, cut into four pieces, remove fruit-legs, core with seeds and Perego-rodomi, cut into large strips.

Schnitzel wash, DAB Salfit coy, cut into cubes.

Reheat in a pan of melted butter and fry the potatoes on all sides until Golden brown.

Then fry the pieces of schnitzel, peppers and onions.

In a pan pour the broth, dilute it melted the cheese and bring it to a boil. Pour dissolved in a small prick between water starch.

Add green peas, potatoes, meat, pepper, onion and simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash the green onions under running cold Noi water and cut into rings. Before serving, sprinkle roast.

To the hot serve chilled beer.
