1/2 pcs. sweet peppers (yellow)

1/2 pcs. bell peppers (red)

2 pineapple (canned) - Ring



3 green onions - beam

1.5 Art. l. lemon oil

60 ml broth

120 g turkey - (2 medallion)

salt, pepper - to taste

3 Art. l. sweet and sour sauce

Tilt in a colander pineapple rings. Quarters of sweet peppers cut into small cubes. Green onions cut on the bias longitudinal slices. Roast pineapple rings in a pan for 1 hour. L. lemon oil for 1-2 minutes and remove. Put in a pan cubes of sweet pepper, green onion slices and lightly fry. Pour in the broth and simmer all 8 minutes.

Wash and dry the turkey medallions. Preheat a frying pan with the remaining lemon oil and fry the meat in it on each side for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with the sauce to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Add pineapple rings and things quickly heat up. Put meat with vegetables and fruit on a preheated plate.
