Sweet and salty honey turkey
100 g sugar
100 g butter

4 turkey breast
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons grated ginger
lemon juice
pepper, salt
Stir the lemon juice with honey, soy sauce, half butter and ginger.
Cut into pieces a la carte breast, put in a bowl, pour the cooked marinade evenly distribute it, cover and leave to marinate for 1-1,5ch should stand out juice.
Put meat in a fireproof dish, pour olive oil, bake for half an hour in a preheated 180 degrees or until browned.
Drain turkey with Mark during cooking liquid to the pan, put the sugar, the remaining oil, heat, fry sauce pineapple.
