Turkey with creamy sauce
100 g turkey
1/2 head onions
olive oil
For the sauce:
70 ml cream 20%
1 tablespoons grated cheese
chopped dill
Slice the turkey fillet middle-sized pieces, in olive oil for 1 minute, put the finely chopped onions, fry for another minute, then pour 100 ml of water, cover and stew for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
For the sauce, combine the cream cheese and chopped dill, mix, pour the mixture to the turkey.
Next turkey with creamy sauce stewed for another 3-5 minutes with constant stirring, without cover.
