Turkey livers rinse under cold water, peel off the film and cut into cubes. Onions clean, chop. Now in the hot oil, in a pan, fry the cubes of liver with onions. Add the brandy to the pan, set fire to it. After that, pour in the cream (33% fat) and a little boil over medium heat. Stir, bring the mixture to the desired thickness, add salt and spices to taste.

10 minutes before end of cooking time, boil the noodles and serve it to the table with the liver in cream sauce.
