Dietary vegetable pie
100 g boiled cauliflower
2 eggs
1 sweet pepper
1 carrot
1 glass cabbage broth
? glass low-fat sour cream
5 Art. l. corn grits
1 h. l. grated low-fat cheese
spices (to taste)
salt
Corn grits mixed with cabbage broth and cream, stirring constantly bring to a boil, simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the swelling of cereals.
All vegetables are washed and cut, rub on a medium grater carrots.
Preheat a frying pan with olive oil, put the vegetables over medium heat put out 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat, add the eggs, grated cheese worn, corn mass, seasoning to taste, stir.
Transfer the cooked mass in the oiled form.
Dietary vegetable pie bake about 20-25 minutes in the oven.
