Corn casserole with cheese and vegetables
Ingredients:
4 tsp. cheese grated
2 PCs sweet red pepper
2 tbsp. garlic chopped
10 g tarragon
2 tsp. butter
2 glass water
1 tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
1 glass corn grits
In boiling water add salt, sugar, pour the corn flour, stirring constantly, until the water again to a boil. Once the water with the flour starts to boil, add in the cereal, butter, some cheese, put into molds and put in the cold.
Peppers cut in half and roast, peel and cut into strips.
From tins tilt cereal, sprinkle with grated cheese, arrange peppers, capers and chopped garlic and bake in the oven until tender.
Decorate with greens.
