Clover corn with Mandarin
50 g cornmeal
1 glass milk
glass ? water
1 sweet Mandarin
1 tsp. orange peel grated
? tsp. sugar
1 pinch of salt
Cereal wash.
Pour water into a saucepan, boil, add barley, reduce heat, cook until thick.
The milk from the heat, gradually pour in the cereal, add salt and sugar, periamet.
Boil porridge 20-25 minutes until tender, at the end of cooking add the orange zest and mix.
Next clover corn with Mandarin unfolds on plates, slightly cooled and dressed with chopped Mandarin.
