Clover "smile"
200 g milk
3 tbsp. wheat flakes
3 tbsp. crushed bran
2 tbsp. apricot juice
dried apricots
Dried apricots soaked in cold water, wait until it swells and boil it in the water, then RUB through a sieve.
Bring to a boil the milk, add the cereal and bran, simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Pour into a mass of apricot juice, stir and cool.
Before serving, put in the porridge mashed apricots, forming a smiley face.
