1.0 kg Turkey livers
0.5 l Chicken broth
0.1 kg Onions
0.05 l Demi-eye
0.05 l Cognac

Turkey livers rinse in cold water, peel off the film, cut into cubes and fry on both sides on a preheated pan with the onions. Then add the brandy, ignite it.
After that, pour the pan pre-cooked chicken broth, a little cook. Then add to the pan demi-eye, as well as spices and salt to taste. Liver in meat sauce - ready.
The perfect garnish for this fabulous dish of turkey is mashed potatoes. Wash potatoes, peel, boil, add salt to taste and cook puree.
