Shish kebab from Turkey liver
1.0 kg Liver turkeys
0.1 kg Vegetable oil
Spices
Basil, dry oregano
Potatoes
Tomatoes, lettuce
Liver turkeys rinse in cold water and peel away the foil, cut into pieces of the required size, then put them on 2-3 hours in the prepared marinade, mix vegetable oil, dried herbs and spices.
Then put marinated slices of Turkey liver on skewers and cook on the grill or in a pan until tender.
Ready skewers serve with potato wedges and vegetables.
