Skewers of beef liver
1 kg beef liver
400 g bacon
2 onions
4 Art. l. chopped dill
1 Art. l. prepared mustard
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the fat and liver wide thin slices, chop the onion half rings.
Liver slices and season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard on each slice of bacon lay, on top of the onions, sprinkle with chopped herbs, rolled into a tube and strung on skewers.
Fry beef liver over the coals until done.
Post skewers can with fresh vegetables, baked potatoes.
