Liver with bacon
500 g beef or veal liver
8 fried bacon plastics
2 Art. l. ghee
2 Art. l. Caper
Black freshly ground pepper
Remove from the liver bile ducts and film, cut into pieces 1 cm thick on the oval.
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the liver on both sides, pepper and salt.
Place the liver on a dish, put the bacon and garnish with capers.
