Liver kebab
600 g beef liver
100 g smoked brisket
3 sweet pepper
4 vine tomatoes
2 onions
black pepper
oil for deep frying
salt (to taste)
Clean the liver from bile ducts and film.
Liver and bacon cut into cubes, pepper and onion slices, tomatoes in half.
String first turn the tomatoes, then the liver, then the bacon, onion and pepper. Fry the kebabs on the grill.
Before serving, pepper and salt. Serve with steamed rice and greens.
