Beef liver "old-fashioned"
750 g beef liver
300 g bacon
6 cloves of garlic
3 onions
1 carrot
1 parsley root
2 glass broth
3 Art. l. ghee
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
Cut the liver horizontally deploy it as a book. Place the bacon on top of plastic, onions, fry in vegetable oil, chopped garlic and salt. Close liver roll, tie thread.
Roll fry until golden brown in melted butter, add the broth and chopped carrots and parsley and simmer until tender.
Before serving, cut the roll into portions pieces, as a garnish submit boiled potatoes and garnish the dish with greenery.
