Pudding beef liver with mushrooms
600 g beef liver
100 g heating oil
50 g Dried porcini mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour

1 glass sour cream
1 onion

Mushrooms washed and put to boil. Liver cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 onion and pour a little water. Simmer until the liver until it turns white. Cool, mince together with stewed onion, add chopped cooked mushrooms into strips, 100 g sour cream, 6 egg yolks and beaten egg whites 4.
