Bread pudding with liver
200 g wheat bread
1 glass milk

200 g liver
2 eggs
4 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Soak bread in milk, squeeze and rub. Raw liver mince, connect with the prepared bread, add salt, softened butter, mashed yolks, beaten in the magnificent foam proteins. Mass gently mix and put into a form that greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in a moderate oven.
