Ingredients:

  • 3 large bulbs
  • salt

Stirring occasionally liver, cook 15-20 minutes.
Pressing down with a fork on the liver, check its availability. If blood is not visible, it means that the liver is ready.
Salt, add spices, garlic and turn off. Coriander and cloves, it is better to grind in a mortar, so it will be more fragrant.
Liver is good to serve with vegetables, greens, buckwheat porridge, mashed potatoes or pasta.
