Squash, tomato sauce-blank
3 kg tomato
2 zucchini
2-3 heads of garlic
1 glass vegetable oil
1 glass sugar
100 g 9% vinegar
2 Art. l. salt
Prepared tomatoes twist in a meat grinder, put in a pot and put on the stove and bring to a boil.
By boiling add the tomatoes prepared by arbitrarily sliced zucchini, oil, sugar, salt, boil all 60 minutes.
Crushed in any way garlic and vinegar are added to the squash-tomato sauce-blank 10 minutes before end of cooking, the sauce further expanded in prepared jars and rolls.
