Zucchini with tomato sauce
6 medium zucchini
1 head of garlic
1 a pinch of fennel seeds
Filling:
1 l water
3 Art. l. salt
1 Art. l. tomato paste
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. 9% vinegar
Dairy zucchini cut into thick polukruzhki 1.5-2 cm.
