Appetizer of zucchini in tomato sauce
700 g zucchini
500 g tomatoes
200 g carrots
200 g onions
30 g parsley root
2 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. 5% vinegar
2 h. l. salt
vegetable fat
greens
bay leaves
pepper
Trim ends from zucchini washed, remove the pulp, cover 1 tsp salt.
Chopped fresh herbs, chopped onion fry, noodles cut carrots and parsley root and stew them in oil.
Tomato rubbed on a grater, 15 minutes boil in an enamel saucepan, add the vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
In each jar pour 1 tbsp roasted vegetable oil.
Zucchini stuff with mixed vegetables (except tomatoes), put in jars and pour the cooked tomato sauce.
Sterilized appetizer of zucchini in tomato sauce for 25 minutes.
