Salad blank "10 by 10"
200 g vegetable oil
100 g 9% vinegar
10 Eggplant
10 tomatoes
10 sweet peppers
10 heads of onions
salt
Pour the oil in a large saucepan, add the vinegar and chopped medium-sized vegetables, boil all within half an hour on low heat while stirring, add salt.
Next salad blank "10 by 10" expanded in sterilized jars and rolls.
