Salad blank "Belotserkovskii"
1.3 kg cabbage
500 g sweet red pepper
400 g carrots
300 g onion
50 g celery
50 g greens and parsley root
1 glass vegetable oil
allspice
hot peppers
sugar
5 vinegar%
salt
Heat the oil to a boil, let cool slightly, remove from cabbage stalks, chop sticks.
Cut the bell peppers and onion rings, carrots grate, chop the celery and parsley.
Take jars 0.5 liters, each pour 2 tablespoons roasted vegetable oil, to add? tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 grains of sweet and hot pepper, 2 tablespoons vinegar.
Put in jars salad blank "Belotserkovskii" at a distance of 2 cm from the neck, cover and leave banks for an hour, then sterilize each jar for an hour.
