Salad harvesting tomatoes and peppers
3 kg tomatoes
1 kg sweet red pepper
1 kg carrots
1 kg onions
400 g vegetable oil
300 g sugar
100 g salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper
This blank will be most welcome in winter, suitable to a variety of dishes from potatoes to meat.
All vegetables wash, dry, then cut and mix with salt, cover and leave for 12hours.
When the time to add to the vegetables vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper, stir and boil for half an hour over medium heat.
