Salad-harvesting of vegetables "Easy"

2 kg tomatoes

2 kg cucumbers

500 g onions

500 g carrots

500 ml vegetable oil

150 ml vinegar 9%

3 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. salt

Wash cucumbers and tomatoes, chop them finely.

Peel the carrot and onion, RUB on a large grater.

Mix cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and carrots, put in a pan with oil, add sugar and salt, boil for 1 hour.

Vinegar add a few minutes before end of cooking.
