Salad-harvesting cucumbers and onions
1 kg cucumbers
4 head onions
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. vinegar 30% or 3/4 Cup vinegar 9%
4 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Prepared this recipe for the pickles turn out sour-sweet, crisp.
Cucumbers, rinse, Pat dry, then cut into circles.
Onion peel, wash, cut into rings.
Combine all other ingredients and cook the brine.
Stir the onions and cucumbers in a large bowl, pour the brine, for 1-3 hours to leave, then mix well.
Arrange the cucumber and onions on the banks, loosely cover the jars with lids.
Next salad-harvesting cucumbers and onions sterilized 5-10 min and tightly corked.
