Salad-harvesting of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions
3 cucumber
3 tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 head onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar 30%/2 tbsp. vinegar 9%
water
The specified quantity of ingredients for 1 Bank of 1 liter.
Pour into the bottom of the jar 2 tsp. vegetable oil.
Wash, prepare the cucumbers, onions and tomatoes, chop the onion rings, tomatoes and cucumbers circles.
Put the prepared onions, cucumbers and tomatoes in layers in a jar, shifting also garlic.
From top to pour in a jar of sugar, salt, pour in the vinegar and boiling water - it should cover all the vegetables.
Cover the jar with a lid, sterilized 15-20 min, then cork lid.
