Cucumbers tomatoes
4,5 kg cucumbers
2 kg tomatoes
250 g sugar
1 glass vegetable oil
2 tbsp. salt
Skip the tomatoes through a food mill, cucumbers, peeled, cut into circles.
Boil the tomatoes in half an hour on medium heat, add the cucumbers and cook for 15-20 minutes, a few minutes before end of cooking add missing through Chernogolovka garlic and 1 tsp. of vinegar (70%).
Then the canning is done as follows: cucumbers tomatoes are put in sterilized banks, rolled.
