Spanish salad of tomatoes and cucumbers

500 g cucumbers

500 g tomatoes

1 2 bulbs

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

salt and pepper

1 a tablespoon of grated horseradish

1 clove garlic

Dish for salad, RUB with garlic. Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into thin slices and place in a bowl, layer the tomatoes, a layer of cucumbers, sprinkling the layers of finely chopped onions. Vegetables don't mix, but only pour sauce made from vegetable oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, and each layer should be watered separately. Sprinkle with grated horseradish.
