Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots
1 kg cucumbers
1 kg tomatoes
500 g carrots
500 g onions
300 g green celery
100 g vegetable oil
100 g fruit vinegar
50 g sugar
40 g salt
Clear carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers wash, chop vegetables circles, rings chop onions, coarsely chopped celery.
