Salad with apples and cucumbers "interesting"

2 kg fresh cucumbers

1 kg apples

700 g fruit vinegar

100 g vegetable oil

50 g dill

50 g greenery tarragon

50 g sugar

40 g salt

Wash the apples, cucumbers and all the greens.

Slice the cucumbers on mugs, cut apples at the core, cut into slices of the same.

Chop the greens, combine all salt, add the vinegar, oil and sugar, stir, after separation of juice put salad on a plate.

Bring a salad with apples and cucumbers "interesting" to a boil, boil for 10 minutes, then decomposed into sterilized jars, roll covers and turn upside down to cool.
