Pink salmon with lemon sauce
1.5 kg pink salmon fillet
2 lemon
1 orange
? glass vegetable oil
2 Art. l. honey
1 Art. l. starch
Batter:
2 egg whites
2 Art. l. vodka
salt
Cut the fish fillets into cubes, rub with salt.
Remove the zest from the oranges and lemons, squeeze the juice from the pulp, peel chop, add to the juice with vegetable oil and honey.
Pour marinade over cooked pink salmon for 6 hours.
Proteins whip with vodka, salt, dip each piece of fish in batter, then fry and spread on a dish.
Add the marinade a little starch, boil.
Served pink salmon with lemon sauce with cooked marinade sauce, garnished with a sprig of parsley.
