1,5 kg fillet of salmon

2 lemon

1 orange

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. starch



To prepare batter:

2 egg protein

2 tbsp. vodka

Salmon, cooked in this recipe, you can apply for the Christmas table as a first course. This dish will appreciate all the fish lovers.

Cut the fillets into cubes, season with salt.

Remove the zest from the orange and lemons, squeeze the juice, peel, chop and add to the juice, add vegetable oil and honey.

Put the salmon in the prepared marinade, leave for 5-6 hours.

Prepare the batter: whisk egg whites with vodka.

Dip fish pieces in batter and fry in butter with different sides until cooked.

In the marinade, add the starch and boil it.

Serve the salmon in lemon sauce, garnish with parsley and watering sauce-marinade.
