Rinse and chop the fish pieces.
In saucepan, mix the juice of a lemon and butter and chopped herbs, put sprinkle with pepper and salt fish in the marinade for half an hour.
For the batter mix 2 tablespoons vegetable oil with flour, salt and add warm water, the dough should be rather thin and without lumps.
Dip pickled fish with slices of green in the batter and fry in vegetable oil.
