Plaice in batter made of dark beer
800 g flounder fillet
3 glass vegetable oil
pink pepper
salt
Batter:
100 g wheat flour

Cut fish fillet slices, pepper and salt.
To separate egg whites from yolks.
Mix of beer with flour dough consistency, add salt, 20 min to leave, then add the yolks and stir, whip the chilled proteins to enter into the dough.
Dip fish cooked in batter, fry until cooked in oil.
Served plaice in batter dark beer with fresh vegetables.
