Cod in beer batter
750 g cod fillets (3 pieces)
350 ml beer
1.9 l vegetable oil
1.5 cup flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/2 cup starch
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 pinch ground black pepper
Mix spices with flour, salt and starch, pour on the platter? prepared mixture, mix the remaining quarter with beer and baking powder.
Cod fillets dry with paper towel, breaded in flour mixture with spices, dipped in beer batter, then lay the fish in a pan with hot oil and fry on both sides.
After frying cod in beer batter is laid out on a paper towel so that it absorbed the excess fat.
