Crab sticks stuffed with cream cheese, beer batter with cream sauce

200 g crab sticks

200 g processed cheese
2 garlic cloves
mayonnaise
Batter:
70 ml beer
70 ml water
2 eggs
1 glass flour
? tsp. salt
Sour cream sauce:
250 g sour cream
3 garlic cloves
1 dill or parsley
black pepper
salt
Lower crab sticks in hot water for a few minutes, then gently expand.
Mix grated on a coarse grater cheese skip through the press garlic and mayonnaise - weight should be plastic.
Stuff each crab stick 1 tsp. of the filling, roll.
For the batter to separate yolks from whites, protein shake in the stable foam, adding a little salt, mix yolks with salt.
To the yolks add the water (cold) and beer to introduce gradually the flour - the consistency of the dough should be as pancakes, carefully enter the proteins.
Fill the pan with vegetable oil to frying it completely covers the wand to heat up.
Dip sticks into the batter, fry on both sides until Golden brown, then put on a paper towel so that it has absorbed the fat.
Sauce: sour cream to mix with passed through garlic press, add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper, stir.
