Roll with crab sticks
Dough:
50 g butter

Filling:
500 g crab sticks
200 g cream cheese
50 g green onions
2 glass chopped dill

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, to remove proteins in the cold.
In a skillet melt the butter to the dough, reduce heat, add flour, stirring, boil until thick mass, then pour the milk in a thin stream and cook stirring constantly until boiling, remove from heat.
Add to the mix the egg yolks, chopped garlic, pepper and salt, stir, stir, wait until the mixture has cooled to room temperature.
In the thick foam whip proteins introduced into a mixture of 2 tablespoons proteins, and then the rest along with the grated cheese and mix.
