Festive roll "Marine"
For the dough:
150 g water
100 g cream
90 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
50 g butter
3 eggs
To prepare the filling:
300 g sour cream or cream
250 g boiled shrimp
250 g crab sticks
200 g canned mussels
10 g dill
3 tbsp. grated horseradish root
salt
This new year's eve appetizer will surprise all who gather for new year's table.
Combine the cream with water, oil, bring to a boil, add the flour and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and begins to fall behind the bottom, allow to cool, to enter the eggs at a constant whipping.
Turn out the dough onto lined with greased parchment and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, put the base on the towel, allow to cool.
Cut crab sticks and mussels cubes.
Whisk sour cream or cream with grated horseradish and chopped greens, salt.
Grease prepared sauce base, put in the shrimp, mussels and crab sticks, collapse all up and put into the cold for 2 hours.
Before serving Christmas buffet cut into festive roll "Sea" slices.
