Snack cheese in beer batter

200 g cheese

2 tomatoes

2 eggs

1.5 glass light beer

1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 glass vegetable oil

2 Art. l. garlic

ground black pepper

Cut the tomatoes into thin circles, thin plastic slice cheese.

Garlic is passed through the press or very finely chopped.

Stack 1 plastic circle cheese 1 tomato on top - a little garlic, spices, pepper and salt, cover with another plastic cheese, using all fasten skewers.

Dough: Combine beer, eggs, lightly beaten, enter the flour, salt and knead the dough smooth.

Dip cheese "sandwiches" in the batter and fry immediately until golden brown on both sides.

Frying remove the skewer while turning to the other side.

Cheese snacks in beer batter served hot.
