Potato salad with squid
200 g squid
4 potato tuber
2 pickles
1 onions
2 Art. l. olive oil
greens
pepper
salt
Salt the water, bring to a boil, put the squid, cook them at a moderate boil for 3-5 minutes, then get, cool, cut into strips.
Clean, rinse, boil the potatoes until cooked, let cool, cut into slices.
Clear, finely chop the onion, chop julienne cucumbers, combine all ingredients, salt the pepper, stir before serving to fill the potato salad with squid oil, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
