Potato-vegetable salad with boiled squid
500 g fillet of squid
1 egg
300 g 200 - potatoes
200 g carrots
1 glass canned or cooked peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 fresh or pickled cucumber or -2 Apple
or green onions
200 g 1 jar of mayonnaise (or sour cream
dill, salt, pepper to taste
Squid boil in salted water, cool, cut into small cubes. Chop boiled egg. Boiled potatoes and carrots, cucumber or Apple cut into small cubes. All mix, mayonnaise (or sour cream), green peas and salt, pepper and herbs.
