Salad with mushrooms and green peas
For this recipe you will need:
200 g Fresh mushrooms
4 Potatoes - Club
5 Art. l. Canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
5 Art. l. mayonnaise
greens - to taste
Rinse mushrooms, cleaned, boil in salted water with spices, then cut into small cubes. Boil the potatoes in a "uniform", cool slightly, peel, cut into cubes. Prepared foods to mix, add canned green peas, mayonnaise.
Ready to lay lettuce in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped dill.
