Salad of new potatoes, mushrooms and green peas
200 g fresh mushrooms
4 young potato tuber
5-6 tablespoons green peas (canned)
5-6 Art. l. mayonnaise

Rinse the mushrooms under running cold water, boil in salted water, drain, cool and cut into slices of your favorite size. Boil potatoes "in uniform", cool slightly, remove the peel, cut into pieces. Mix everything, add green peas, season with mayonnaise. Serve chilled (5-7 minutes put in the freezer), garnish with herbs.
