Olivier meat "Christmas tree"
400 g green peas

350 g potatoes
300 g meat
150 g Luke
100 g pickled or salted cucumbers
4 eggs
mayonnaise
salt
Until cooked separately boil the potatoes and meat, remove from water and allow to cool.
Finely chop the onion, 10 minutes, pour boiling water, drain and rinse the onions in cold running water.
Eggs, cucumbers, meat, potatoes cut into small cubes.
Mix potatoes, green peas without liquid (some leave for clearance), cucumbers, meat, eggs and onion, salt, add the mayonnaise and stir.
