200 g beef liver
4-5 fresh cucumbers
3-4 eggs
3-4 tuber potato
1 onion
100 g canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1/2 for the bunch of green onions and dill, parsley, celery
60 g mayonnaise
salt
Liver rinse, simmer until tender, let cool, cut into small cubes. Cucumbers wash in cold water, chop. Boil potatoes, cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Eggs hard boil, cool, peel, chop. Onion peel, chop. Rinse the greens under cold water, chop. Products mix, add the peas, salt, season with mayonnaise. Part greenery add to the salad, some use as decoration.
