Salad with pickled mushrooms with green peas
For the preparation You will need:
300 g pickled mushrooms
100 g green onions
100 g green canned peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
80 g sour cream
2 eggs
salt
greens
Take cook hard boiled eggs, cooled and cleaned. Then finely chop and mix with the finely chopped green onions, coarsely chopped pickled mushrooms. It remains to add to the salad canned green peas, salt and all fill with sour cream. Ready salad advised to decorate with parsley dill and slices of egg.
