Salad "Taiga"
600 g * Potato
200 g * Carrots
200 g * Salted or pickled cucumbers
100 g * Green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
100 g * Lingonberry or cranberry
100 g * Green onions
Salt
* Vegetable oil
* Dill and parsley to taste
Boil the potatoes and carrots. Ready vegetables cleaned and cut into small cubes. Green onions and mushrooms too finely chopped, all mixed, add berries and green peas. The resulting mass of salt and season with butter and sprinkle with herbs on top of everything. That's all, our salad is ready.
