Salad with mushrooms, apples, and vegetables under Tartar sauce
500 g mushrooms
100 g Apple
100 g sour cream
10 g lemon juice
75 g green peas

Sauce:
80 g vegetable oil
30 g gherkins
30 g pickled mushrooms
15 g mustard
1 egg yolk

sugar, salt
Mushrooms, cleaned, dipped in salted water until ready to boil, then strain and allow to cool.
Apples, carrots and finely chop the onion and mix with lemon juice, pepper and sour cream, salt.
For the sauce, chop the mushrooms and gherkins, mix them with other ingredients.
Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves, put the mushrooms and mixed vegetables, drizzle with sauce, arrange the salad with mushrooms, apples, and vegetables under the Tartar sauce with olives and tomatoes.
